I was disappointed that the nurse wouldn't take down her mask since I'm hearing impaired and rely on lip reading. I understand that she wanted to be safe. Otherwise, all is good.

Calling process to obtain an appointment with doctor is not as easy as it used to be. Must go thru an answering system & then set up appointment after waiting for answer service to call back.
