Nothing at this time. However, I was under the impression that my medical records from my previous physician would have been transferred by the time of my first visit with Advocate, and that they would have at least been skimmed by the professional who consulted with me.

Jen Beville is very thorough and listened to everything I said or asked. I was glad that she could see me.

I was extremely worried about a buildup of ear wax over several years in my left ear. I felt pressure along with reduced hearing. Jennifer Beville spent time reassuring me and calming me down about the procedure to remove all the ear wax. She was wonderfully skilled in removing the wax- incredible how much came out! And there was no pain at all. She has very steady hands. It's wonderful to hear clearly again without any ear pressure. I could kick myself for putting up with these symptoms for several years.
