Jennifer Krueger was fantastic. She was kind, took her time with me and made sure I understood my options.
The information about preventing fluid build up should have been given to me prior to surgery instead of at the post-OP visit.
Even with our age difference, she knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked questions. I felt very comfortable & well cared for.
If there is a significant wait time to call patients and tell them ahead of time. I arrived 15 min early as requested by the clinic and then waited 45 min before just being called back to a room which was 30 min past the appt time The Dr is great and so is the nurse just running so far behind can be difficult for schedules
