Love the reception they give you when arriving for appointment, greeting you and making you feel comfortable,next the way everything is explained and their way of showing concerned makes you feel comfortable. That helps my Blood Pressure.
Dr Berry is fabulous! She's very personable, but when she was walking me to the door I didn't realize she was walking me out! I thought maybe leading me to another room. I wanted to talk to her about her feelings on HRT, women's health etc. By the time I got up I learned her next available appointment isn't for 6months. That just doesn't work for me. I want someone to look at my labs WAY before that.
The wait times are still long to actually see my doctor. In addition, I went to do labs right after my appointment and it took 30 minutes for them to call me back due to my lab requests not being sent immediately. Not sure what happened but someone came around asking did everyone get help and if it wasn't for her I'm not sure how long I would have been sitting there.
I am so happy to have Dr. Berry as my doctor. I think she is an amazing, intelligent woman and I look forward to a healthy me and a healthy relationship with my Doctor.
