This was my first time seeing this provider for an injury. She looked over labs that were over a year old. When I specifically told her I had have them redone and I was seeing a different doctor and wrote something in my chart. I felt that medically if my doctor they ran the labs did not indicate high cholesterol at the time of testing. She not should not have written anything but noted that we had a conversation and that she suggested I be retested since I have had significant weight loss and change in diet in the last year. However, she did not do that she overtalked me when I tried to explain and still wrote it in my chart and clearly did not read the pages of notes from my actual doctor. I wanted to like her and continue seeing her but this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and I am still in pain from the the original reason I went to the doctor. The visit felt rushed and it is very hard to find a great primary care doctor with Advocate. She talks too much and not about patient concerns I wasn't there about my weight. I already have a wonderful weight management doctor. I was there for back pain and she barely did a full exam and I am still having the same issues.
