I have no problem with Dr Berry

I appreciate Dr. Berry. She is worth the wait to get in for the appointment. I wish there were more doctors available, so I could see her instead of using Urgent Care.

I am a new patient to Dr Berry and I already think she will be my favorite doctor. She was very patient, told me about herself, got to know me, spent time understanding my needs, was very through. I am looking forward to being under her guidance for health and wellness

My experience was great this visit with Dr. Berry, she advised me that my health had greatly improved , she also advised me about the areas that needed to improve. Dr Berry deleted some health concerns from my health need attention list because they are no longer a factor to my health improvement concerns. This was great news for me!

My appointment was at 11. I arrived at10:55. I was called back to a room to wait at 11:15 and then I sat in the room until 11:50 in which the provider knocked on my door to tell me it's going to be an additional few minutes. Not an apology for the long wait or anything. The provider finally came back in at 12 and asked me the reason for my visit. I explained I was having panic attacks and felt depressed and could not pin point why. She then proceeded to review my chart asking me if I wanted a flu shot a tenus shot or Covid booster all of which I declined. She asked when was my last Pap smear and who do I normally see. I explained that because my primary doctor is booked so far out I just took the next available appointment because I really just wanted help and to know what was wrong with me. I explained that medicine another doctor prescribed was making me feel really I'll and tired so I stopped. She said stopping medication abruptly is not good and then told me she wanted me to meditate and to think positive thoughts. She next proceeded to check my breathing I guess and said I'm going to put you on another medication that will start working on one to two days and what was my preferred pharmacy. She asked if I needed a note for work and I explained yes and that because of my headaches and frequent panic attacks I had not been into work. She said well I'm not your primary doctor so I can't take you out of work. I explained that I did not come here looking for an excuse not to go to work or to be on fmla leave as she stated I just needed direction guidance help as to why I am feeling this way. She said well I know you didn't ask but when you have your primary doctor do a physical that probably what is going to be recommended. She then said the medicine should work and to make appointment to see my primary doctor for a physical and left room. I was then given a blue paper to give to front desk for my next appointment. I left feeling hopeless and frustrated because I literally waited an hour to be seen and wasn't provided any possible answers guidance only more medicine. She didn't tell me what medicine was not explain possible side effects. This visit was a TOTAL JOKE. There was no empathy from doctor I felt I was treated like a number and pushed towards pills to shut me up. I can honestly say that the time I just spent typing this long review of my experience is way longer than the time I was seen. So disappointed in advocate and the provider I seen.
