This is second time visiting with doctor, she doesn't seem to listen carefully ans wait for responses. I will be changing providers. I don't have confidence in her service.

The doctor mentioned that she is backed up on appointment calendar. This is concerning. Being a senior patient, if I have an emergency and need to make an appointment and speak with my doctor, waiting a few months away to schedule appointment, is not good. I've gone through talking with a nurse only to wait a few days with messages left on my voicemail only to repeat the process.
