My experience in dealing with Jenna Bhatt, PA was entirely positive. However, the experience in getting through the central telephone system was the direct opposite. This included a 30 minute wait for someone to answer the initial phone call and several more minutes responding to unnecessary questions and waiting to be transferred two or three times.

I am a new patient and the staff were all very kind and made me feel comfortable during my visit.
