The person that roomed me kept asking questions that have been asked many times in the past and are recorded in my chart. Why do they need to keep asking the same thing?

Aurora has the WORST phone system. It is almost impossible to talk to someone past the switchboard. This is an l I'll ongoing problem I really wish would get resolved
