When I checked in for my appointment, I was told Dr. Ziffra was running about an hour behind. It would have been nice if they had called before my appointment to let me know. I sat in the waiting room for about 1/2 hour past my appointment time and the girl took me back to the room. She took my vitals and said he would be right in. I then waited another 1/2 hour in the exam room. Dr. Ziffra is usually very prompt.
