Dr was good but the building sucks!!! The doors are too narrow for larger wheelchairs. Waiting room is too small also.

The doctor and his team are always sensitive to my condition and the treatment is always professional.

I value Dr. Welsch as my urologist but always feel rushed (rushed in and rushed out) whenever I have a routine appointment. I understand the doctors need to see "x" number of patients per day/per hour etc., but I feel that Aurora places numbers of patients seen in a given time period as a much higher priority than the physical and/or mental-emotional health of their patients. I also see doctors who work for other medicL providers (Ascension and Prevea) and don't experience that at nearly the same level in those organizations.

Dr. welsch was very pleasant, professional and easy to talk with. He made me feel at ease during my appointment and thoroughly explained everything well enough for me to understand. He is an outstanding provider!
