Mr Hall and the staff was very friedly
The person scheduling the visit called me asked me to come in 15 minutes early. I did but I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. I did take time off of work to see the doctor. I felt my time was not important only the doctor's schedule. I did ask if doctor was on schedule did not get a clear answer.
I was seen for a second opinion regarding my foot and possible surgery. Unfortunately, I was never shown my x-rays and during the visit, Dr. Hall did not even physically examine my foot even though surgery was recommended. I waited to see the results of my visit in "Live Well" but they never showed up for me to review my concerns with my spouse. The recommended surgery was very detailed but I walked away feeling overwhelmed with what to do about next steps regarding my foot care.
Very personable and honest about his knowledge and experience good or bad outcomes was very impressed
Dr. Hall and his staff are wonderful to work with for my health. I'm very happy with them.
Dr Hall was a first class medical experience. He gave me a lot of confidence on the diagnosis, the course of treatment and follow on treatments if they became necessary.
Dr. Hall is a smart, friendly, and very knowledgeable podiatrist! Not only are they taking great care of me these past few years, but I also taught excellent care of my wife before she passed about 3 1/2 years ago. It's too bad All Dr's aren't as good at their job as Dr Hall is at his. Not to mention He is good-humored.
Dr Hall was professional but also very friendly. He made me feel like I was a friend as well as a patient.
