I don't understand why there wasn't any copayment and why I now have to sign a waiver if my insurance doesn't pay?

Doctor Hall listens to what you have to say and Always addresses whatever questions that you might ask!!! How do they use to say he has good bedside manners? Bottom line is, I have no problems with Dr. Hall...thanks

He is very kind, respectful and thorough. He listens and explains treatment and makes certain you understand.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Hall. My cardiologist referred me to him for heel pain--diagnosed as plantar fasciitis. Dr. Hall prescribed a 6-day course of steriod medication, shared printout of exercises I can do, and offered resources for footwear. I have a follow-up appt to see him again in 2 months.

Everyone is always pleasant.
