At the check-in desk I don't think they did their job properly because the doctor and his nurse didn't know if I was checked in or not I answered all the questions at the check-in desk and I was told to have a seat to wait to be called by the nurse

The provider hit the ground running explaining things to me as well as answer my questions about the topics he was covering and left me feeling like a valued client and patient.
