I should have known better than to go to a doctor wanna be, who only cares about running a lot of people thru to make money money money, refused to look at all I was there for. Aurora has gone down hill since COVID, now you have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars of business from me, hey Aurora build some more buildings you can't staff with real doctors.
Dr Greene can do shots without any pain. Great guy.
This appointment was my first one and I am very thankful Jeffrey Greene was able to get me into his office as soon as he was. He was very friendly, concerned and went over quite a bit of my history. I have quite a history, and we covered a lot, but definitely went over the issue for which I was there. I made another appointment for another issue and am going to get some relief from that this coming week! I am thankful for finding him through Aurora Healthcare and look forward to future treatment from Jeffrey Greene.
Jeff has helped my knee pain for years. Hes very professional and friendly.
Dr Greene is great. His assistant is great too. The woman out by the check in and out desk are definitely subpar. Maybe they aren't trained well. They talk to each other about personal stuff while you stand there in pain while waiting. Trying to get the next appt is a big deal. They have trouble with the computer and figuring out what month it would be if you need to be seen in 12 weeks. I spent more time checking out than when I was in the doctor's office. Needs a LOT of improvement.
I met with Jeff Greene. I felt very comfortable speaking with him, that he had much information to share, and that he cared. I also appreciated that l could contact him in the future if needed. All the staff there were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated immensely that l was NOT looked at as another oldie "Medicare patient." Thank you for a positive experience.
