I was hoping to get some answers for issues I was having. I felt like the doctor was more worried about getting in and out then actually spending some quality time with me to help me understand what was going on and how it could be treated. I also felt like she thought the questions I asked were stupid and were not worth her time answering. In the end I was a disappointed with the visit and I am wondering if all dermatologists are like that.

Dr. Valicenti is an experienced dermatologist who provides excellent patient care. She is a highly skilled professional. She is not, however, an Amazon package, and these surveys are offensive to me as a patient. Please find another way to evaluate your hard-working health care professionals who spend many years in training in order to treat patients.
Since it was a whole body exam she made me feel very comfortable. She is caring and thoughtful.
I was ushered into the treatment space early.Nurse Mariah provided the initial care professionally. Dr Valicenti was prompt and conducted my exam proficiently. Treatment rendered quickly and painlessly. Follow-up instructions given. Appointment scheduled for next year. Appointment was at 9:00. I walked out before 9:15. Thank you.
