The entire staff was very welcoming and attentively listened to my concerns. I'm not used to this but it's exactly what I needed to feel heard and understood. I've seen many physicians and I think I've found the one who fits my needs. Kudos to the staff for making me feel welcomed and that they heard me. That's all I've wanted and they delivered.
