Jeanette, is a VERY GOOD provider. She listens, is caring, and very positive in my medical care. I just live seeing her. Keep up the GREAT work Jeanette :)

Dr Kalupa and her staff are the kindest medical office I've had in a very long time. It as obvious she had checked my chart before I was there. You just don't find that anymore. I appreciate her care completely.
