Dr Raju is an exceptional provider. The NP was very thorough. The front desk receptionist were all kind and patient. The phlebotomist was very skilled because I'm a hard stick!!! Wonderful experience!
The Entire Staff was absolutely Amazing!! Thank Christ Hospital!!
Im confident in the care of our provider. I know i can reach out to herand responds in a timely manner.
Front desk staff and MA were fantastic! Very friendly and kind and genuinely helpful. MA seemed to be better informed and interested in my condition than the doctor.
Most helpful and ttuly liked her kindness and compassion and consideration
The best encounter I had during this visit was with the nurse that greeted me into the exam room. She was very bubbly for an early morning appointment and put me at ease as a new patient with a new provider. She certainly understood the value of "Manage Up" and made me look forward to meeting Dr. Raju. I appreciated the casual conversation she used while making sure my chart was up to date and the reason for my visit was clear. I had a terrible experience at the lab after my appointment with Dr. Raju. The lab technician was not mean, but was terribly unwelcoming and unfriendly. She completed her job with minimum effort to make me feel comfortable. She didn't offer any small talk or ask how my morning was going. When she walked me into the area to draw blood, she instructed me to place my coat and purse on the chair. I noticed there was a coat hook on the wall so I was very confused why she told me to place my belongings in the chair. I assumed that wasn't the chair she would be using to draw my blood so I stood awkwardly in the middle of the room after placing my things in the chair. Then she pointed to the chair and told me to sit down. I still don't understand why I couldn't use the coat hook for my belongings and had to squish next to my coat and purse in the same chair. Additionally I had a clip board with a document that I had completed after my doctor's visit while waiting in the lobby area. Once seated, I had asked the lab tech if she'd be able to take the clipboard and form back to the nurse's station once she was done drawing my blood. She asked what kind of form it was and after I answered her, she said no. Again I'm confused by her choices. By asking what kind of form it was, implies that she's able to take certain forms back to the nurse. So now I feel like she's purposefully not trying to be accommodating. I was so struck by her bluntness and unfriendly attitude that I just stopped making eye contact with her. She finished drawing the blood, I confirmed my name and birthdate on the specimens and left. Lastly, the smell of cigarette smoke in that small room was overwhelming. I couldn't tell if it was from her or a previous patient. Between her behaviors and the smell, I couldn't wait to leave the room and don't plan to return to this location again.
The doctor I went to before went to another place. This is the first time the new doctor has been treated.
The Doctor and Nurse practioner, were very nice and understanding. I look forward to seeing them in the future. Pay them what ever they want.
I've been Dr. Raju patient for several years. She is informative, and pay attention to details about me health. She has relocated her office 40+ miles away from me home. But, her care for my health is WORTH going the distance.
Knowledgeable and very caring
