They did their job on a timely matter, very professional. I was in and out in no time. Very good service
I was kept waiting one hour from my scheduled appointment . And my Dr. Spent 10min. with me and seemed rushed. My first time seeing Dr. at St. Luke location. Did not enjoy my visit.
I was left waiting for an hour and a half with no apology and no reason. My appointment with him was less than 5 minutes. I have no idea what to do or who to ask.
Had to wait 55min. Past the scheduled appointment to see the Doctor ?
Would have been nice if I hadn't had to wait 40 minutes after the initial contact with a medical assistant ( who,by way,was very polite). My time is no less valuable than any physician. Might want to think about that. Remember, you DID ask!
I'm not sure why you request the patient to show up for the appointment yet the Dr. arrives 40 minutes late? This then makes the Dr. hurried during his encounter with the patient. For both the other 9:00 am appointment and myself, he was in our exam room about six minutes.
