I was pleased the doctor saw me at the scheduled time and I didn't have to wait.

THE LOCAL OFFICE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HOWEVER, THE PHONE ANSWERING CREW WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. i BELIEVE THEY ARE IN A DIFFERENT AREA.

The facility is easy to get in as i am in a wheel chair. The Doc and transcriber knew me well and I was very comfortable with them. We went over everything and I was very satisfied.

We are very pleased with Dr. Khitha and his staff. The only problem we have had is getting through to him on the telephone which apparently goes through a triage group located in Chicago. They refused to put my wife through to Dr. Khitha because he is a "specialist".
