Provider was 20 minutes late in seeing me. You need to improve provider promptness for appointments.
Only thing I find that would need addressing is the appt and wait time. I waited for 30 minutes after my appt time in the waiting room and another 15 minutes in the exam room. All that waiting for a 10 to 15 minute check up.
