We love this doctor!

Dr Gallegos is very caring and helpful in dealing with our health issues.

The doctor is excellent.

Dr Javier Gallegos is outstanding. He listens well and explains things in a simple manner without sounding condescending. My teenager feels very comfortable with him, which is a rare experience in health care nowadays.

First time there so I was just getting a feel for the experience but overall it was a pleasant one

To be honest with you, you should know how my health condition is.. it's very serious.. traumatic brain injury is zero tolerance and i know the most employees and doctors haven't experienced this ever.. No kidding. Especially one of employees, was kind of cranky or she seemed like she didn't want to help or else. If you were there next by me, you wouldn't like or don't appreciate how your employee confronted to a customer or a patient like me.

Dr is very kind and makes you feel good / important. Staff is also very kind. Very prompt and willing to help!

We are new to Lake Geneva. It was my first visit. Everyone was so nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this dr.s office and dr.

He is not my provider. He was the only one available that day to see so I could get a prescription for an anabiotic for my cold. He's very sweet and the staff was very nice and personable and pleasant. I really enjoyed visiting this office, and if I can't see my provider in a timely manner I would have no issues coming back again.
