Call backs to schedule appointments would be nice, still waiting to hear from ear, nose, throat doctor

The latest merger has diminished patients service. Call Center is clumsy process. They don't know our local doctors' names without searching. So bad and slow, we now directly to local offices. Appears things are changed with local input from doctors and nurses. In my business, I've seen mergers with poor integration of people, processes, and technologies. This one appears incompetent from a patient's perspective.
