When my primary left it was very difficult to locate a primary physician using the Live well app or the aurora(dot)org. I called to speak to the old geriatric now with a pretentiously long new name. The receptionist was rude and demeaning. Then I called Rivercenter and the person who answered was extremely helpful. Unfortunately it was a 10 week wait for my new patient visit and the only day available! The next appointment would have been 5 additional weeks. You need more doctors! It's 10 weeks out for e phys referal And was 3 months for GI referral. Lucky for me I met and liked Dr Sandhu and look forward to collaborating with her at my preferred clinic location.
