we had no reason to talk about my past history

1. After the doctor was done with me, I had to wait an hour to have a heart monitor affixed to my chest by a person who works in this office. 2. I asked the RN who attended to me to have the name of my heart condition added to my discharge papers. She told me that she would do it. When I checked out, I found that my heart condition name was not on my discharge papers, and then I told the person checking me out as much. She went and found the RN. She then came out, apologized, then wrote it onto my discharge papers. Do you thing I'm going to recommend this office? The answer is no.
