Great team of nurses. Dr Sra expains things in term an average person can understand.

Everything is good, but one thing. I am forced to have a yearly visit with this provider in order to continue having ability to have prescribed medications to continue to counteract the symptoms, and after conversing of my desires of where I wanted the 3 prescriptions to go, the people who were to call in these scripts failed to call them in at all. I had to go back to the my chart system and ask for refills that should have come after the yearly visit. How does this happen?

Dr. SRa was called away for an emergency. Had to schedule a phone visit.

Dr. Sra's staff very professional and respectful. Front office staff were courteous and professional, however, I felt they did not dress professionally. Sweatshirts and jeans with sayings or animal pictures does not convey professionalism to me.

I think these questions about your Physicians are very demeaning to your Doctors .
