We both see her and she is the best we have both ever had!!! She pays attention to your needs and remembers things we talked about months before with no hesitation. When I call in to make the appointment, I first have to press buttons to speak to someone. Then triage for a nurse. I liked before that I could just call into Shawano and it was the ladies at the front desk who made the appointment. Now it takes too long. Each clinic should make their own appointments.

Janelle is a wonderful healthcare provider.

Wellness visit is a waste of time for me and Janelle. I see more Dr.S already and they do the same thing every time I go in. My time is short to begin with and I'd really prefer to use it wisely not for repetitive foolishness.
