Clean builfing environment. Staff was friendly, attentive and knowledge.
She is a good doctor who greeted me very nicely, and I am glad she saw me since I was not her regular patient. I needed an immediate checkup. I just did not know she was finished with my appointment because when she left the room, she did not say goodbye. I waited, and the assistant came back with my prescription. The doctor did verify previously that my pharmacy was in Homewood. The assistant who took my blood pressure was awesome, and when I asked whether or not the doctor was coming back, the assistant informed me, the doctor was with another patient.
Dr. J. Hadley is a great fit for me & my situation...I felt like I was have an interaction with a friend...Her patience & calm energy made me feel very comfortable. I have Functional Neurological Disorders & my speech & mobility was challenging causing my anxiety to be high because most physician don't have to patience to listen to understand....But she did & I am grateful that I was referred to her...My 3yrs journey of finding a doctor to not turn me away because my disability was to complex I look forward to having her guide me through with my health care needs....I feel like I can exhale as I got one doctor behind me now....So I thank you Dr. J Hadley!
I would like to address the question that I marked no to. The reason being is because I just started with Dr. Hadley. I haven't known her for 6 months. However she is very professional and displays great concerns for her patients.
This was my first visit. I was extremely happy with my visit. There was no wait time after checking in. I was able to discuss my issue and feel heard by the provider. The visit made me want to change my PCP to this provider.
Dr. Hadley is absolutely AMAZING!
