Disappointed you ask to arrive 15 minutes before appointment yet I wasn't called until 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment. This the first time this has happened.

Video visit was very convenient since I was having a hard time getting off of work, and as always, Dr. Wilson is kind, thorough, and an excellent physician.
