Have had DR. Jacobs-El for several yrs. Replaced both knees and both hips. Yrs. Ago fell fractured the humerus which help with arthritis setting in , it did not close correctly have therefore having pain in my arm 24/7 .Dr. does a shot once every six months try help with some of the pain. I would recommend Dr.Jamel Jacobs-El. Any day. Very smart and down to earth person. Wish more was like him.
