Provider..is great..system..not so much

Jamie is the best! I'm always comfortable with her and always feel better when I leave her office even for a short visit. I never feel as if I'm being rushed through my visit. I appreciate the time she spends answering questions even through the livewell app. She is always prompt with responses. It's nice to have a care provider that actually cares!

I couldn't get into my GP, but could get a same-day appointment with Jamie Simon. She was friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in my issue. She took enough time with me and gave a plan to figure out what is going on.
