Dr Chao is a very caring doctor. And goes above and beyond for her patients even if we screwed up. And her staff are great, they make me comfortable and they try to help when ever they can. My last nurse was the best I've ever had. I just wish her office was closer to the elevator and not at the end of the longest hallway!!!
