Dr. Chao was wonderful! She spent over 1 hour with my Mom diagnosing her problem. My only complaint is that it took 5 months to get the appointment. Thats a long time to wait to see a doctor about incontinence issues.

Dr. Chao seems to be very knowledgeable and concerned for the well being of her patients. I feel very comfortable with her.
