Dr.Chao as always is amazing. But the nurse that was with her needs a better bedside. While cleaning and doing something I continued to tell her she was hurting me but ahe just kept it up with well the older patients i have.... well i am not an older patient of your. I was sore more from her actions than the procedure with dr, Chao

This doctor took more time with me and explained things in more detail than any doctor I've ever had in the past. Very Happy with her.!

Doctor Chao is very uplifting and makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is very caring and I feel I can discuss personal issues with her without embarrassment. I am glad she is my doctor.

Dr. Chao spent a great deal of time listening to me and asking questions, no doctor has ever spent this much time with me. I feel that she truly wants to help get the correct treatment to help me.

Dr. Chao was very patient and sorted thru my anxiety to get to the core of my needs. She reviewed information within the visit-expert care, given my anxiety- so I remembered information clearly. She met my goal for the visit. Dr Chao reviewed when and how to access her and her staff for my recurrent problem. She and her staff (RN phone staff) are exceptionally supportive providers. I feel cared for by this practice.

I believe that Jamie came up with a great solution and if it doesn't work, I'm no worse than I was.

It took awhile to be seen in this clinic but worth the wait ... this was my 1 st appointment in this clinic

Professional , friendly staff, Dr Chao is an excellent doctor who give good explanations on what she has done and what to expect.
