Jamie Chao is probably one of the most kind and caring doctors that I have encountered. Her cheerful spirit and calm demeanor help to calm the nervousness at the time of surgery and help the patient when complications after surgery pop up and need to be dealt with. I am what is called an "old three year 3-year nursing graduate" who worked as a clinic nurse for many doctors over a 40-year span.

Both Dr. and nurse were very personable, and truly listened to me. I am very pleased that we are starting with physical therapy. THANK YOU for listening!!

All the staff members I met were very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Dr. Chao was very, very thorough and answered all my questions and explained what she was going to do that day with a procedure and what to do at home for follow up. I am very happy that I decided to see Dr Chao for my urinary problem and am very hopeful that she will lead me to the right treatment plan for me to reach my health goals.
