She had a difficult surgery. That's why she was late. She's an extremely nice person and very much into her line of medicine. I felt very confident with her.

Dr Chao is very thorough. And spends time thoroughly explaining needs and procedures.

There was a possible change of the time of my appointment because of a scheduling error from 2:00 instead of 3:00. However, I was still taken at 3:00 as I was scheduled. 

Dr Chao is a great surgeon and physician. She cares very much about her patients. My surgery was successful and my recovery is going well also. I would definitely recommend Dr Chao.

This was probably the MOST complete...non rushed appointment that I could ask for..clear and complete explanation AND her style incorporated validation that I had an accurate understanding of all information. The nurse that followed her was also just as OUTSTANDING.

Dr. Chao is a fantastic doctor. She puts you at ease, listens to your issues, and explains things in an easy-to-understand manner.
