In trying to understand what is going on, issues I'm having with my own health that no one can seem to pinpoint... I felt my questions were interpreted as attacks and he seemed very frustrated and impatient. I'm frustrated enough with my own conditions and that appointment certainly did not help. I know Aurora is known for expecting providers to be quick and limits time on appointments with patients... And I think it's a shame for both patients and doctors if this is the result.

Have seen provider 3 years ago repeatedly. He is usually very knowledgeable and thorough. At this visit he seemed frustrated with my case and my conversation with him. At one point, he asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I am an old RN but presented as a patient. I was surprised at his response and apologized for his confusion. In retrospect I don't understand his response and thought it was rather inappropriate. I will continue with this provider but hope my next visit doesn't feel so confrontational.
