I appreciate having a kind, competent doctor as my primary.
The lady that checked me in and took my weight, temperature, blood pressure was rude and not pleasant. Frankly she looked like she just got out of bed. She was not wearing a name tag so not sure of her title or name.

Dr. Gatto made a good first impression. You need to hire more primary care Doctors.
I spent 5 hrs in ER waiting for them to admit me with pneumonia. Finally they did so I could get several antibiotics IV. Then the med-surg floor took several hrs before treating me I spent 24 hrs without eating and 12 hrs with no fluids.
