New provider visit established care. Overall great visit easy to talk to doctor
Sometimes she seems very rushed as she is saying goodbye to one client and welcoming me right away after that. Seems to be over-booked. Maybe she is just an in-demand therapist
My visit was an introduction/wellness visit. Staff & doctor were friendly & informative. They greatly lessened the stress of going to a new facility & seeing a new doctor.
He was very patient within me because I couldn't hear.
Seemed annoyed

Dr. Gatto is fantastic. From a comfort standpoint, his approach feels more like two friends chatting than it does a Doctor/Patient relationship. But I walk with from every appointment with a better understanding of my health, and what I need to do to keep it where I want it. He is absolutely the guy that I recommend to friends looking for an FP.
Dr. Gatto was attentive, as always. Going to the doctor makes me anxious but he has a way of easing my anxiety and making me feel comfortable. The nurse however wasn't so comforting, I had told her about my anxiety and she responded in a sarcastic tone, "Yeah, because I'm so scary". She was very short with me. However, we all have bad days, this won't stop me from seeing Dr. Gatto.
