One thing I would've liked is a list of things to do, like needing blood work and surgery clearance, so I could have made arrangements asap for a driver and care at other places. Getting this piecemeal was ok but made scheduling more challenging.

In addition to the staff the facilities are top notch and I feel very comfortable.
