Dr. Novales is amazing.

The nurse should work with adults only, not with kids. She was "okay" but very stiff and direct. She couldn't smile or be friendly. I would prefer a different, friendly nurse for our next visit.

Dr Novales has great bedside manner and is always on time. Interacted with our daughter well. Always a pleasure seeing her!
