Doctor and medical assistant were great. The doctor was running 20 minutes behind and asked the front desk to see how much longer it would be. The front desk women didnt even acknowledge me just got on the phone and tried calling the staff in the back. She just said im on hold. Thats it. She was clearly annoyed even though i was very nice to her. Thankfully the medical assistant came out at that point to get me.

She is a very good doctor

The doctor was very accommodating and patient with my children. Loved her

My daughter's doctors and nurses were very nice , and understanding. Never have anything bad to say about them when I have to take my kids in. Always helpful

I love Dr Novales. My only problem is with scheduling. My son's appointment was rescheduled multiple times which makes it difficult to coordinate with my job. My husband was not able to come to this visit because of the rescheduling. Otherwise we love the physician and the medical assistants are very nice too.

I really enjoy bringing my children to this place, all the staff treat me with true respect and professionalism.
