We love Dr. Novales! I am always amazed about how much she remembers about all of my kids, their personalities, and development. I bring in one child and she always asks about the other. I love how she takes her time to observe and ask questions.

The technician/MA that drew blood from a finger poke and administered vaccinations was good, but unwilling to change her administration/collection methods based on the needs of my children. Small changes such as positioning could have been made to increase the comfort of the patient and ease of administration while still keeping the tech and patient safe.
