I am so glad you lifted the mask requirement. I hated it, it was so ridiculous since masks don't really prevent anything anyway. They made me hot and short of breath!

This was a physical for upcoming cataract surgery so routine checkup. We spent time though, going over new medications for recurring headaches that I experience.

On the Live Well app, it requires you to prepay for appointments that are covered 100% by insurance. For the two appointments I had that day, the total came to $825, and there was no way of checking in unless I provided a prepayment in full either on the app, or to pay at check in. I called my insurance company to be sure I was covered in the event I was asked for these prepayments. When I brought this up, I was told others have complained about this as well, and some cancelled their appointments. Please address this.
