Always spot on
I was so scared coming in and all the RNs and staff were so respectful and gentle to my needs. They talked to eachother with respect and good communication you could tell they liked their job . The Dr's treated the staff really nice with respect and joked around with them. I say all this because it helped me to get over my fears and not feel ignored .
From the first person I see in the Heart Failure Clinic to the last person, they are all courteous, respectful and kind.
The doctor and the rest of the staff were kind, thorough, and very patient with me. I really appreciate the kind of services that I received because I was so nervous. I really appreciate the patience and the way they all seem concerned about my needs. I really appreciate how everyone took the time to help me understand everything I needed to understand. They are also kind enough to help my daughter unexplained everything to her. I would highly recommend this team to everyone.
