Billing is a problem. Even after telling the office I wanted only a wellness visit ( free by contract), they insisted it included a $20. co-payment. When pressed why, they said it included seeing the doctor. Even after telling them again I wanted just a wellness exam because I would be seeing the doctor in two weeks, they still insisted on a co-pay. It took me calling both Medicare and United Health to solve.
