Should have sent the medical history history form / questionnaire before getting to the office That took to much time to fill out and delayed my time talking with providers

Dr. Tertadian had a common sense manner that I trust. I am more apt to take seriously his recommendations based on his willingness to spend with me whatever time it takes to voice mu concerns and have him explain his responces.
