Everyone was very friendly & informative. The doctor made sure I understood what I was to do & what to watch for. I felt well cared for. I was also glad his office was close to home.

Dr. Steiner was very friendly. He also took time to listen to all my concerns and gave me lots of ideas how to help with my situation and how to prevent it from happening again.

I was able to get in to see the provider soon. The provider answered my questions and provided follow up information.

My daughter has sever acne and is very self conscious of her skin. She was nervous about seeing a male doctor for this but as soon as we met Dr Jack Steiner all the nerves were gone! He was wonderful and both my daughter and myself really liked him and he will be her dermatologist for life!

There is no listing of the available doctors in the lobby. I had to go to 3rd floor to find out what floor Dr Steiner was on. The parking was terrible due to paving of the parking area. Paving should be done on weekends, or at the least, broken into reasonable areas in consideration of parking.
