This was a new patient visit. Both he and his staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. We discussed my different options and he made the decision up to me. I had a small treatment on my face. Then we discussed options for the future. I will be going back.

Dr. Steiner and his staff are very welcoming, professional, and thorough. There really wasn't a need to contact me in the past 6 months about my health. I do believe, however, that Aurora sends out info to patients in general that addresses ways to improve health.

One area that needed to be addressed was forgotten. Not doctor's fault. The nurse should have reminded me before Dr left the room, not after.
